We are an Australian Nursing Agency looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential support to our Australian operations. We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our team.

Role Overview

As a Compliance Officer, your role is to support our Australian operations by ensuring all nurses and healthcare staff meet required compliance standards. This includes reviewing and verifying documents, monitoring expiry dates, and coordinating renewals to maintain ongoing workforce compliance.

Please note this role is during Australian business hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST).

Key Duties

• Review and verify candidate compliance documents to ensure all requirements are current and meet industry standards.
• Monitor expiry dates and follow up with nurses and healthcare staff for renewals and updated documentation.
• Work closely with recruiters to support candidate onboarding and placement processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and databases.
• Assist with daily administrative and compliance-related tasks.
• Support audits and ensure all compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous exposure to compliance or administration is an advantage but not required.
