Role: Junior Digital Marketing Executive – SEO & Content
About the Role
We are expanding our internal marketing team to support multiple Australian-focused brands.
We are looking for a digitally savvy, content-driven marketer who understands SEO fundamentals, is comfortable using digital marketing tools, and is eager to grow within a fast-moving multi-brand environment.
This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in SEO and content creation who wants to develop deeper expertise in search visibility, structured content, and AI-driven discoverability.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AEO-focused content that supports brand visibility across AI search, answer engines, and Google results
- Write blogs and LinkedIn articles optimised for SEO, AEO, and overall discoverability
- Structure content to improve ranking potential for featured snippets, AI summaries, and voice search
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation and publishing workflows
- Research and design engaging Canva-based social posts aligned with search intent
- Research, schedule, and manage content publishing across relevant channels
- Support Meta ad creative testing and contribute to performance improvements
- Assist with GA4 reporting to monitor and track content performance
- Research Australian search trends and emerging topics to contribute to content planning
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing
- Strong written English skills
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimisation, search intent)
- Understanding of GA4 and digital performance metrics
- Experience using Canva for social media content
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Google Search Console
- Understanding of AEO / AI search visibility concepts
- Experience creating B2B content
- Familiarity with the Australian market context
