Junior Graphic & Motion Designer - Digital Content

Chandler Holdings is looking for a Junior Graphic & Motion Designer to shape the visual voice of our brands through striking graphics, animations, and digital content. This is a creative role where design, motion, and video editing come together to elevate our presence across social media and podcasts.

What you’ll do:

• Design and animate digital assets – graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and motion content for campaigns
• Edit video and podcast content – turning long-form footage into polished, engaging clips for YouTube and social platforms
• Create motion graphics – titles, transitions, and animated elements that bring static ideas to life
• Plan and manage content – schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
• Work with marketing teams to deliver on-brand creative campaigns
• Research and apply current design, animation, and social media trends to keep content fresh
• (Nice-to-have) Assist with basic UX/UI design (wireframing or prototyping) if familiar with Figma

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools
• A strong design eye for layout, movement, and visual storytelling
• Experience producing social-first content and editing podcasts or long-form video
• Familiarity with platform-specific trends, particularly short-form video formats
• Experience working for an overseas brand/company based in either UK, USA or Australia
• Bonus: An understanding of Australian culture and society

Salary:

LKR 80,000 – 120,000 (based on experience & skill level)
