We are an Australian Nursing Agency looking for a dedicated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential support to our Australian operations.

Role Overview

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your role is key to supporting our Australian operations by ensuring a seamless end-to-end resourcing process during business hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST).

You will play an important role in candidate engagement and provide ongoing support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.

Key Duties

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Review resumes and shortlist applicants.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Collect required documents from candidates and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Support candidate onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
