We are an Australian Nursing Agency looking for a dedicated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential support to our Australian operations. We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our team.

Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your role is key to supporting our Australian operations by ensuring a seamless end-to-end resourcing process during business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm AEST). You'll be instrumental in assisting with candidate engagement and providing support to our recruitment team throughout the process.

Key Duties

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Review resumes and shortlist applicants.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Collect required documents from candidates and check they meet compliance standards.
• Help with candidate onboarding and inductions.
• Keep the candidate database accurate and up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
