Role: Performance Marketing Executive (Part-Time) – Paid Media

About the Role

We are expanding our internal marketing team to support multiple Australian-focused brands.

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist who is comfortable managing multi-platform campaigns within a performance-driven environment. This role is focused on execution, optimisation, and delivering measurable lead generation outcomes.

You will work closely with the internal team to plan, execute, and continuously improve paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
• Optimise bids and budgets across multiple brands to achieve performance targets
• Manage and monitor multi-channel paid campaigns
• Implement GTM tracking and configure Google Tag Manager for campaign measurement
• Build and refine audience targeting strategies for niche B2B segments
• Report on campaign performance weekly with clear insights and recommendations
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Improve cost-per-lead (CPL) and overall lead quality through ongoing optimisation

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search required; Display/YouTube is a plus)
• Experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B targeting
• Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
• Clear understanding of performance KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate)

• Exposure to SaaS or professional services marketing

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time role.

Preferred Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Australian time)

Candidates must be available to work during these hours to enable real-time collaboration with the team.
