About Us:

We are an Australian company in search of a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Colombo. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, contributing to our Australian operations. We believe in fostering diversity and inclusivity within our team.

Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our Australian operations by delivering top-notch recruitment and HR support during business hours (8.30 am to 5.00 pm AEST).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and video interviews.
  • Facilitate candidate onboarding by conducting inductions via phone or video.
  • Assist in fulfilling staffing requests by actively collaborating with the recruitment team.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Perform general recruitment administration and support tasks.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with Australian employment laws and awards.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a related HR role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates professionally.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • A drive to excel in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ambition to advance within our organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.

Requirements:

  • Personal laptop with a second monitor.
  • Backup power systems and reliable Internet to ensure uninterrupted work.
