We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead our multi-brand marketing function, guide internal and external teams, and drive strategic initiatives that elevate our digital presence and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, brings structure to creative teams, and can manage both strategy and delivery with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance marketing activities by guiding strategy, managing PR agency relationships, monitoring budgets, and reviewing campaign structures, creative direction, and key metrics.
  • Lead campaign ideation and content planning while providing clear direction, feedback, and final approvals.
  • Mentor and support the marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration across designers, content creators, video editors, SEO specialists, and external partners.
  • Plan annual campaign calendars, digital promotions, and eDM schedules, and conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Use analytics and A/B testing insights to optimise website performance, UX, and campaign effectiveness, and present budget, KPI, and ROI insights to leadership.
  • Maintain strong brand reputation and ensure consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns, translate business goals into marketing priorities, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience overseeing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with the ability to guide strategy, review performance, and manage PR agency execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in professional English.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with Australian, UK, or US markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM, automation tools, and website/UX fundamentals (not necessarily hands-on).
